FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the clan family stay so organized?
We use a chat app (Discord) to communicate outside of the game. Each family clan has its own server and everyone shares a private family-wide server. We also have an AWESOME group of leaders and coleaders who chat daily to keep up to date on how everyone is doing. Want to chat with us in our public Clash Files Friends Chat on Discord? Click here.
How do you measure member activity?
Donations & visibility in game and app chat. Our members usually run about 2k+ per season. We also like to see you in clan chat. We are a social bunch! If your activity is found lacking you will get a warning before being booted.
How do I get promoted to Elder?
Asking for it does not help. Elder is earned by being helpful during clan wars, consistent activity, and by just being an all around fantastic member for an extended period.
How do I get promoted to Co-Leader?
By being an outstanding Elder for a long time as well as earning the current CO's and leaders trust.
What types of behavior will get me booted from the family?
Including but not limited to: being rude or outright hurtful towards other members, using or promoting hate speech, not being an adult, not following rules, not listening to leadership, asking for elder at ANY point, selfish play (especially ignoring open troop requests), not using your war attacks, breaking family or individual clan rules.
Can I bring my alt/mini over to the same clan?
We generally only allow one account per clan.
I have a clan. Can it join The Clash Files Family?
We are not looking to add any more clans to the family at this time. In addition to our 13 family clans, we already have many long-time Clash Files members with their own clans that are on a sort of 'wait list' to join us. If we ever choose to add a new clan to the CFF roster, those established members who have been with us a year or more will get priority.
